2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please submit a notice to our Copyright Agent at support@antigravityskills.com including:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. A description of where the infringing material is located (e.g., the URL or Skill name).
  4. Your contact information (Address, Phone, Email).
  5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner/agent.

3. Counter-Notification (Restoring Content)

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. Jurisdiction Consent (Required): A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in San Francisco, California if your address is outside of the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

4. Repeat Infringers

We adhere to a strict "Three Strikes" policy. We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
