Terms of Service

Antigravity Skills ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent platform for sharing and executing AI Agent Skills. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, or other underlying AI model providers.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at antigravityskills.com ("Website"), our desktop applications, API, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you declare that:

You have read, understood, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
You have the legal capacity to conclude a binding agreement with us.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Definitions

Account: The individualized panel serving the User to utilize and manage the Service.
Skill: An encapsulated AI capability, workflow, prompt chain, or agent configuration design to perform specific tasks.
Content: Text, code, logic, configuration files, or other data that the User submits to (Input) or generates via (Output) the Service.
Agent Engine: The underlying runtime or environment that executes Skills (e.g., local LLM runner, cloud-based inference).
Community: The public repository, feed, or library sections of the Service where Skills are shared and interacted with.

3. General Rules & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the requirements to access the Service.

Prohibited Conduct (Strictly Enforced):

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Malicious Skills: Create or distribute Skills designed to damage systems, exfiltrate data without consent, or perform unauthorized actions on user devices.
Generate Illegal Content: Create Skills that promote violence, self-harm, illegal acts, sexual abuse, or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Bypass Safety Filters (Jailbreaking): Attempt to bypass, override, or "jailbreak" the safety guardrails of the underlying AI models via prompt injection or other methods.
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the API or proprietary source code of the Service.
Disrupt Service: Launch DDoS attacks, introduce viruses, or scrape data without permission.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account ban without refund.

4. Account Registration

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities under your Account.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate and current information.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Billing, Payments, and Credits

We may offer different types of paid plans or one-time purchases for premium Skills or features.

A. Subscriptions & Licenses

Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and auto-renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
To cancel future subscription renewals, use /settings/billing. Canceling future renewals does not itself refund a prior charge.
Lifetime/One-Time Access: Grants access for the specific duration or scope stated at purchase.

B. Purchase disclosure (policy version: `payment-policy-v2`)

Purchases are subject to the Antigravity Skills Terms of Service. Refund requests are submitted from /settings/payments and reviewed manually by the merchant; no automatic refund or guaranteed outcome is promised. Payment and service-usage evidence may be retained for up to 24 months as described in the Privacy Policy.

C. Refund requests

Every paid order may be submitted for refund review through /settings/payments.
The form accepts refund_only and refund_and_stop_renewal as requested manual-review intents. Neither value is an approval or a promise of a refund.
Refund requests are manually reviewed using the payment facts, service-usage evidence, and applicable law; if approved, the refund is manually processed by the merchant in Stripe or the applicable payment provider.
Submitting the form does not automatically refund a payment, does not automatically cancel a subscription, does not automatically revoke access or recover credits; there is no guaranteed outcome. Cancel future renewals from /settings/billing.

6. User Generated Content, Licensing & Community

6.1 Ownership of Content

Your Skills: Subject to the underlying rights of third-party model providers, you retain ownership of the Skills and Workflows you create.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the Skills you create, post, or share. You warrant that your Content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

6.2 License to Antigravity Skills

By sharing your Skills on our Community/Library, you grant Antigravity Skills a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to:

Host, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your Skills.
Curatorial Right: We reserve the right to select, curate, and publicly display any public Skill in our Community Feed, marketing materials, or social media.
Platform Improvement: Use the Content to improve our services, agent orchestration, and community features.

6.3 Community Interaction

Remixing: By publishing a Skill to the public Community, you acknowledge that Antigravity Skills is a collaborative platform. You may grant other Users the right to view, copy, use, and "Remix" your Skills depending on the license you select (defaulting to a permissive community license if not specified).

6.4 Content Moderation

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that your submission will be posted. We reserve the right to reject content for any reason.
Removal: We have the right to monitor, edit, hide, or remove any Content (including potentially harmful Skills) at any time without notice.

7. AI & Agent Execution Disclaimer (Read Carefully)

Execution Risks: Skills act as automated agents. You acknowledge that running a Skill may involve file operations, API calls, or other actions on your computer or attached systems. You are solely responsible for reviewing the actions a Skill will perform before execution.
No Liability for Agent Actions: Antigravity Skills is not liable for any data loss, system damage, or unintended consequences resulting from the execution of a Skill, whether created by us, the community, or yourself.
Probabilistic Nature: AI is probabilistic. Skills may fail, loop, or produce incorrect outputs ("Hallucinations").

8. Intellectual Property Rights (Service)

The Service itself (code, design, branding, execution engine, excluding User Content) is the exclusive property of Antigravity Skills and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written permission.

9. Links to Other Websites & Tools

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., GitHub, Linear, Notion). We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of Terms.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ANTIGRAVITY SKILLS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANTIGRAVITY SKILLS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANTIGRAVITY SKILLS, ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
THE EXECUTION OF ANY SKILL OR FLAGGED AGENT ACTION ON YOUR SYSTEM;
ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE;
ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT THAT IS INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE, OR INFRINGING.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Antigravity Skills from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party rights through your Skills or usage of Agent Outputs.
